Levin: President Trump Can’t Be Prosecuted

President Donald Trump didn’t quite enjoy the respect of every American, due to the campaign Democrats led against him. Their candidate, Hillary Clinton, failed to promise people great changes and better conditions. She just went against her opponent, and criticized him for everything. Well, Democrats probably think that attacks are actually the strongest defense mechanism. However, Levin and Hannity had something to say on this one.

Mark Levin visited Sean Hannity, and they discussed over the alleged Russian meddling and Robert Mueller. The Russian investigation is a hot topic these days, and Levin made a great revealing that could put an end to it.

Levin revealed a memo, and he drew the attention to one particular paragraph. The mainstream media would never mention anything like this, and we already know their reasons for doing so.

So, according to Article I, Section 3, Robert Mueller has NO authority over the sitting US President. Levin gave the perfect explanation for this, and said that President Trump is clear in this one.

Hannity was left in shock, and this information is nothing short of a bombshell.

According to this memo, President Donald Trump can’t be burdened with crimes like obstruction of justice. “Judgment in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United Stated: But the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment and punishment, according to law,” read the memo.

Mark Levin just said that President Trump can’t be prosecuted during his time in office. How about that…

This will definitely cause a chaos in the country, but President Trump respects the law. He didn’t do anything to break it.

What do you think about this memo? Do you think liberals will try to deny it?
