Anthony Kennedy Could Retire From Supreme Court

As the weekend starts, we are hearing more and more reports that moderate Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy could announce his retirement as early as Monday. This has liberals as scared as it has conservatives giddy. As President Trump knows, this could pave the way for an easy confirmation of a conservative judge to replace him. The United States is getting better and better on a daily basis and it is all thanks to President Donald Trump.

Anthony Kennedy is an 80 year old, Ronald Reagan era nominee that has been the swing vote in many controversial cases throughout the years. Losing the vote of Kennedy would make it that much harder for liberals to keep the vote. As the news comes in, it is important to realize that any nominee needs to be confirmed by the Senate. But as Republicans also control the Senate, that normally should no be to difficult.

Liberals have already started the downhill spiral our of control. Any chance they get to bash the president, they do so this is fairly ironic on a political scale. Many major news outlets, such as MSNBC, have come out with these reports making it all the more likely. Though, unfortunately it will not be a done deal until, well, it’s a done deal.

We will soon see a full liberal melt down, if this is true. President Trump has since promised to go about a nominee in the same way he did for Neil Gorsuch. It’s important to note that we are not making this up. Numerous reports from several outlets have already eaten up this news and Texas Senator Ted Cruz even mentioned it in a recent speech.

If the 80 year old Justice does retire, he will be leaving a hole that only President Trump could be trusted to fill. It might be to early to start banking on this as reality but it sure looks set.

Do you think he will retire?
