James Comey is still in the spotlight. The former FBI Director caused a huge chaos since the very first moment he left the Bureau, but it seems like he is on it again. His testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee filled headlines across the country, and truth hasn’t found its way out. Will everything change in near future? Let’s just say that Grassley has something to say about this.
Everybody remembers the interaction former FBI Director James Comey had with Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA). According to the Senator, Comey should have never said that President Donald Trump was under investigation if there was no such thing. Claiming that the sitting President of the United States is under investigation of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in times when agents don’t know anything like this is wrong, illegal, and ignorant.
We still don’t know the reasons that made Comey say anything like this. Grassley was pretty serious about this. Comey shouldn’t even mention the phantom investigation, because people could easily misinterpret it. But, the former FBI Director was probably more interested into dividing people.
So, we can only say that Chuck Grassley was well aware of the fact that President Donald Trump isn’t under investigation. Some even said that Comey told Grassley about this, but refused to accept his advice. Well, not Comey is out of the Bureau, and he earned this. We can only imagine the despair in which Comey fell after losing such an important position. Now he can’t help any of his friends, and that’s actually a good thing.
Comey never led the Bureau in the right direction. He turned it into a political machine, and we all know the real goal of the FBI. President Trump knew that Comey wasn’t the right man for this position, and removed him.
Grassley spoke to Senate members. He revealed that this mistake harmed our country and the people who live in it. The senator added that Comey’s mistake went in favor of Russia, and we all know what that means.
Senator Grassley said that Comey had told him, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) about this. But, Democrats keep telling their lies.
What do you think about this? Do you think Comey will try to fix the damage?
