Italian Company Sues Ivanka

Things have been too rough for the Trumps in the last few months. Many people disapproved the election of President Donald Trump. But, instead of helping him achieve his campaign goals, Democrats turned against the President and his family. The President’s First Daughter, Ivanka, is a top target these days, and this time she will have to testify.

Ivanka’s line was dropped in several stores, and President Trump said that his daughter is treated unfairly. Luckily, the situation was put under control, and her items were back in stores. Although Democrats tried to ruin Ivanka’s success, she is still one of the most successful women in the United States.

Ivanka had to work a lot to get this far, and many women follow her example. She managed to emphasize the role of women in American society, and it was about time that someone does anything like this. Ivanka also became part of her father’s administration, and Democrats used this opportunity to criticize her. They also accused President Trump of nepotism. But, Ivanka won’t be paid for her services, and this changes everything.

Now she may face a big lawsuit and even testify. An Italian shoemaker is accusing Ivanka of stealing the design, and we can only imagine the further development of events. The judge ordered that Ivanka appears in the court and testifies.

Aquazzura Italia SRL filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Ivanka Trump and her IT Collection LLC. The Florence company sued Ivanka last year, and claimed that her Hettie shoe is “virtually identical” to its Wild Thing Shoe. According to the company, Ivanka used the same color, shape, and tassel on the heel.

Ivanka’s shoes are sold for $130, the shoe by Aquazzura Italia SRL reaches a prize of $785.

“Ms. Trump’s public statements regarding active and comprehensive brand management lead to a reasonable inference that the shoe at issue would not have been released without her approval,” the judge said.

What do you think about this case? Do you think liberals have something to do with this lawsuit? How will this affect Ivanka’s career?
